Office staff is not knowledgeable about products sold in the store area (wines/beers). Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Coffee was good though. Beds were not that comfortable and oddly spaced in the room. The room was clean, and fairly spacious. Flat-screen televisions come with cable channels. We paid for a view, and we got a beautiful view over the parking lot. Sofa sleepers make family travel easier, with rooms that are backed by relaxing views of our high-desert gardens, pool, or the famous Red Rocks of Sedona. For the money we paid for our room I expected at least a Best Western/Holiday Inn quality and that was not the case.Check out other spaces in Sedona, this place is not worth it!What a wonderful place. Tight parking spots!
