This place needs to be shut down.My elderly mother amd I were booked to stay 2 nights for a family wedding in the area. Another person in our group was given a room that was very subpar - incredibly smelly, a water bubble forming along the ceiling as well as a huge crack in the ceiling in another area....just a matter of time before the ceiling would burst. I was given keys that didn't work, yelled at, called names, etc.

I had to go upstairs to the supply room to get bedspreads and a heater to try and soak up the water which was throughout the whole room.

We were told our room rates would be further greatly discounted (beyond the block room rates) They gave us $5 off. The bathroom sink was chipped in several places; the taps were in need of washers, the shower flooded the bathroom floor every time it was used, in spite of tucking in the curtain in the corners....the mother/daughter team were very abrupt, rude and surly.
